It is from Nammazhwar’s Thiruvaimozhi 10-4-3. There are some minor corrections.
      The meaning is

      Aalgindran He rules absolutely
Aazhiyan The wielder of Sudarsana chakram (discus)
aaral kurai udayam- Who or what can harm us? About whom or what
      should we worry?

Kesavah klesa nasanah- The mere thought of Kesava instantly
      destroys klesa.
Klesa is the sum total of all
      circumstances which cause discomfort,
fear, worry, pain, danger , loss and
      disaster.

Srirama rama ithi…. Siva answers Parvathi (who had asked which is the easy way to recite the 100 names of the Lord) “The single name Rama is equal to the thousand names…”

The verse, as well as the other two pieces, are embellished with meaningful phrases on which there are elaborate commentaries.

the vishnu sahasranamam is in itself a powerful chant..I feel so energetic when I hear it..and this is the crown jewel…this is the phrase that I concentrate on when I have too many worries or need to feel some extra support..
